    • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time.

    • All students must wear uniforms to participate in class. BJJ Gi is required for BJJ classes and Muay Thai shorts and Gym T-Shirt is required for EVERY Muay Thai class. There is a list of required gear for the Muay Thai class posted on our website and you can also inquire at the front desk.

    • Members ONLY on the mat. All others must remain in waiting area and keep noise levels to a minimum.

    • Clean uniforms, hand-wraps and body hygiene are a must. Please make sure your finger toe nails are trimmed.

    • Leave all valuables in your car. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • We provide a shower for your convenience. Please help us keep it clean. You will need to provide your own towel and soap. Keep shower time to a minimum as others might be waiting.

    • Please place all belongings in designated shelve area.

    • NO SHOES ON THE MAT. NO COACHING FROM THE BENCHES.
